- Developed and executed all strategic communications plans, executive messaging, internal/external PR campaigns, leadership events, and employee engagement activities for the bank's Money Out (Mortgage, Home Equity, Unsecured Loans) and Payments/Data/Insights divisions.

- More than doubled the combined trade/consumer media value from $9.9M in 2011 to $20.7M in 2012 with high profile placements in consumer print media (New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, TV Guide, Entertainment Weekly; cable trades (Multichannel News, Broadcasting & Cable and Television Week), and national broadcast outlets (TODAY, EXTRA and Fox & Friends).
- Managed intricate, cross-departmental communications and social media strategies surrounding the Sprout/DIRECTV carriage negotiations, resulting in overwhelming positive viewer support that played a critical role during discussions.
