Oversee a team of Creative Directors and Writer/Producers for the FOX Sports Media Group in the creative direction and execution of marketing and promotion campaigns including co-branded sponsorship promotions and integrations.

• Lead a team of 6 direct reports and 20+ support staff of Creative Directors, Producers, Brand Managers, Ops, and PA's in our LA and Charlotte office delivering a high volume of creative on time and on budget.

• Work closely with our Marketing in developing cross-platform strategies including digital and off channel assets.

• Facilitate multiple projects with out of house vendors.

• Execute high profile campaigns including Super Bowl, USGA U.S. Open, and FIFA Women's World Cup.

Director On-air Promotion

Manage the overall creative and operational direction for 3 networks: FOX Soccer, FOX Soccer Plus, and FOX Deportes with a team of 20 direct reports.

• Executed a complete rebrand of FOX Deportes resulting in the network becoming profitable and the #1 Hispanic Sports Network.

• Oversaw all ad sales and marketing projects including sponsorship and theatrical and broadcast network co-brand promotion.

• Restructured all 3 networks organizational and creative process delivering recording breaking ratings, and award winning marketing campaigns.

• Responsible for managing the department's budget as well as out of house vendors.

Director, Creative Services Operations

Managed the creative department for the 20th Television's My Network TV broadcast Network.

• Developed award winning creative and marketing strategies for movies, dramas, and comedies, and special events.

• Built the Creative Services and Operations department and developed it into a team of 26 writer/producers, editors, designers, and audio mixers.
