My name is Javier Bonifaz and first of all I´m a Husband and a parent of a beautiful 5 year old daughter call Lourdes , she´s most certain my best work so far…second I´m a Executive Creative director and partner of an advertising agency in Chile called Divan (www.divanchile.com ).
My strength relies on the strategic planning creativity , or as we call it "creation with a purpose”.
My vision is simple. To help companies drive brand demand. I use my skills, talent and capabilities to help elevate brands from second tier to first rate,to motivate people from passive to passionate, and to captivate prospects and convert them to customers.
I use our collective and personal talents to translate complex information into compelling communications.
I´m a Brand believer a Wally Olins groupie and a frustrated/fail musician.
I´m on the verge of becoming 40 , first half is gone , second half should have a new meaning.
I´m a family guy looking for a couple of years out to recharge , change and grow.
On the mood to expand the horizon of my little girl , to adventure to the unknown...

I´m a problem solver, an information architect. I have the ability to work with senior business minds to help them articulate their messages to their customers, then you can translate them into identity and creative that is breakthrough and compelling.
I´m an energizing person, not only with my work but with my work ethic and style. I have the ability to draw people together to share in ideas so that they feel they own it together. I´m proud of our team work, but I realize it really belongs to the client and the customer. I´m not cynical, I´m very flexible, i´m not about my/our portfolio. I´m all about being part of something greater.
