Jaser Zaabri

Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive recognized for his work in developing and scaling companies across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held platform that operates and invests in businesses across multiple sectors.

Jaser was born in the United States to a Jordanian family with deep business ties in the Gulf region. His father, Munir Zaabri, along with other family members, was associated with firms engaged in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading throughout the UAE and surrounding countries. Growing up in this environment, Zaabri was introduced to the structure of international business and long-term commercial planning at an early age.

Jaser Zaabri completed his undergraduate studies at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, earning a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His studies focused on sales strategy, leadership, and operational systems, which later became key areas in his business career.

Jay further developed his leadership and strategic skills through executive education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. This additional training helped him strengthen his approach to managing organizations and scaling operations.

At the beginning of his career, Jaser worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he was involved in transactions with members of the Qatari royal family. This experience provided him with exposure to high-level negotiations and cross-border business processes, shaping how he approached complex business opportunities.

These companies focused on rebuilding residential and commercial properties damaged by fires, floods, and other events. Through this work, Jaser gained experience in scaling operations, managing teams, and developing systems to handle large volumes of projects. His time in this sector helped him refine his approach to operational growth.

In addition to construction, Jay Zaabri expanded into consumer products and international business. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks. In this role, he helped grow the brand into 38 countries and managed annual sales of nearly $150 million. He was responsible for distributor networks, sales teams, and international logistics, which strengthened his experience in global market expansion.

He also served as an executive and board member at MyPillow Inc., supporting the company’s growth efforts. In another venture, he co-founded GarbageMan, which began as a green initiative and later became a waste management company acquired by a larger organization. These experiences expanded his involvement across multiple industries.

From 2017 to 2019, Zaabri served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. During this period, he helped expand the brand’s retail presence across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics.

In 2019, Jaser returned to the construction and development sector, where he remained active until 2021. He held executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction. His work focused on sales growth, marketing, and improving operational performance. During his time at Double G Construction, the company grew from approximately $2 million in revenue to around $60 million. Elysian Construction also experienced rapid expansion, surpassing $600 million in revenue within two years.

In 2022, Jay founded Evolve Holdings to bring together multiple industries under one operating and investment group. The company manages businesses across construction and restoration, recruiting, professional training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics.

Within a few years, the company reached approximately $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects. One of its key divisions, Evolve Construction and Restoration, focuses on rebuilding properties after disasters. Another division, Evolve Fire and Restoration, has been involved in wildfire recovery efforts in Southern California, including Altadena and Pasadena.

Additional divisions include Evolve University, which provides sales and leadership training, and Evolve Recruiting, which supports businesses in building professional teams. These operations reflect Zaabri’s focus on combining business growth with long-term development.

Outside of his professional work, Jaser supports charitable efforts through programs connected to the Evolve Foundation and the It 's4TheKids Foundation. His contributions include supporting veterans, assisting low-income families, and organizing food distribution programs for communities in need.
