I absolutely love the role I have but at present I need to be challenged.
In the 2 years I have been employed with the company I have successfully climbed the ladder from Part Time Lead, Full Time Department Lead, & now Full Time Department Supervisor. My responsibilities have now taken a operationally focused approached rather than merchandising. I am now opening & closing the business. Coaching, developing and managing the team. Managing the front end operations and ensuring that we are providing excellent customer service. Directing the flow of freight as the replenishment & stock room leader. Reading, interpreting and executing plan-o-grams while coordinating store displays and adhering to brand guidelines and strategies. Researching and recommending new inventory options based on sales volume. Ordering merchandise based on a 4 week ordering schedule and selling trends for 6 departments. I also run a number of reports that include Dollar Out/Stock/POG Sales Reporting for fixtures within the departments to ensure sales.
I am seeking a role that offers more fulfillment and is operationally focused.
