Serve as an Instructor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy. Teach and support instruction of EV203: Physical Geography. Direct the GENE advising program as the department Academic Adviser, responsible for ensuring the successful completion of academic requirements by all cadets in the department. Support the Geography program as the logistics coordinator for the acquisition of lab and teaching equipment, arrange cadet educational travel in the US and abroad, and manage the program annual budget. Support EV 203 instruction as the administrator of on line activities to include the maintenance of the course blackboard, training department faculty on the use of in-class and on-line testing systems. Support Cadet Basic Training by performing as an person in charge in the Land Navigation Course training 1400 new cadets in land navigation in a field environment.

Execution agent for external support requests to the Battalion for the Fort Bliss Best Engineer Competition, Brigade Best Soldier Competition, and support to an army wide new officer training program for 2000 officer cadets. Integrate enabler support to the 7 departments in the brigade by providing trained personnel and equipment to support intelligence, wireless networking, combat forces, and Engineer support. Responsible to manage training and operations supporting external departments over a two year training and execution cycle to maneuver departments in the brigade. Support and resource Individual, Collective, and unit training in support of the unit essential tasks. Develop and execute a leader development plan for junior executives in the unit. Develop and Brief unit operations and training plans to the senior executive of a 16,000 person army unit. Develop unit readiness through inspections and exercises with subordinate companies.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a 4000 person deployable army combat unit conducting operations in Kandahar Afghanistan in support of NATO/ISAF in operation Enduring Freedom. Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating external support for engineer operations for engineer tasks and personnel not available in the organization. Senior member of the unit responsible for equipping and training non-standard equipment used for the detection and destruction of explosive hazards. Senior member of the unit responsible for closing and disposal of excess infrastructure to the Government of Afghanistan by transfer, construction management, and environmental certification. Operations chief for clearing explosive hazards from roads by managing 900 external engineer support personnel, and maintaining situational awareness in the unit headquarters.

Deputy adviser to a United States Army team responsible for manning, training, and equipping the eastern Baghdad Federal Police Force responsible for the safety of 1.5 million people and 12 Government of Iraq locations. Responsible for mentoring police staff in personnel management, logistics, public affairs, information technology, and infrastructure development. Developed the operations center for the Iraq Police by executing contracted construction, equipping, and training police force members for the entire eastern region of Baghdad. Responsible for communicating team operations on a daily basis to three separate U.S. government organizations.

Deputy Engineer in a 40 person training organization responsible for instituting best practices training for reserve and national guard soldiers deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Egypt. Execute live weapons training for each army unit by providing training and resources support. Institute a best practices mindset in each unit through the execution of a leadership seminar. Construct a 1 million dollar training installation to support unit training. Training all visiting soldiers on the latest tactics, techniques, and practices in reacting to explosive devices on the battle field.
