Jai Sondhi, Realtor, has lived and worked in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for more than 20 years. This gives him practical knowledge of the area and helps him guide clients to locations that match their needs, including school districts, transportation, and lifestyle factors.

His interest in real estate also includes renovating and remodeling homes. He enjoys improving outdated or underused spaces and making them better suited for how people live today. He also feels satisfaction when his ideas become real, and a house becomes more personal and comfortable. This hands-on experience gives him firsthand knowledge of home repair and maintenance costs.

Jai is married and has two cats. He enjoys trying new restaurants and experiences in and around Dallas. He also likes traveling, including international trips, where he experiences different cultures, traditions, and foods. His hobbies include track-day driving, cooking, board games, blacksmithing, woodworking, acting, painting, gardening, working out, personal finance, and volunteering. He once taught physics at a college and still enjoys science and understanding how things work. Recently, he has been taking acting classes to begin a career in acting.

Jai Sondhi has also spent more than 20 years volunteering. In college, he joined a service organization and completed over 5,000 hours of community service. During his career, he has volunteered and organized workplace service events, including home-building projects, food bank efforts, and other local projects. He also mentored a 12-year-old boy for 3 years, cared for giraffes at a zoo for a summer, and helped at a family support house for four months.
