*Executes merchandising campaigns, promotions, activities and customer rounds

*Maximizes sales through commerciality focus and takes action to obtain highest level of profitability for the store

*Assists the management team with the training and developing of sales advisors on the operational side of the business by following up on clear goals and providing timely feedback

*Assist and coordinate with the Marketing team, Promotions Director, and my promotions team

*Be an outgoing individual and interact well with public/listeners at events

*Assist with set-up and/or execution of assigned station events, remotes and station appearances

*Maintain station promotion and remote equipment within department

*Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all station vehicles & equipment, develop, plan and carry out creative ways of increasing public awareness of the station

*Serve as a liaison for the promotions department and station assigned during station events, remotes and station appearances
