Summary
I am a seasoned, successful and motivated Executive Assistant with experience working with high level executives in the metals, entertainment, aerospace, real estate and financial industries. While at my last employer, Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., a Fortune 500 company [NYSE: RS], I was the assistant to the CEO, President & COO, CFO, three Sr. Vice Presidents and the Board of Directors prior to moving to the Human Resources department. I was the liaison with our subsidiary Presidents and Division Managers on a daily basis as well as communicated and routed calls from investors, both institutional and individual. During my tenure, I developed a very good rapport with the senior executives, supervisors, peers and outside vendors while understanding and taking into consideration different communication styles and backgrounds. Having spent time in several C-Suites and HR, I have dealt with highly confidential information and have coordinated, juggled, prioritized and delivered on several concurrent, time-sensitive projects. HR Coordinator

- Set up and monitored the outreach program for the corporate office and 25 divisions. Worked with the office managers to develop relationships with outside entities which would help attract and recruit veterans, minorities and disabled candidates.
- Completed the annual EEO-1 reports for the corporate office, the divisions and 50 subsidiaries.
- Monitored, developed and maintained the applicant tracking log (spreadsheet), for the corporate office and the divisions, so the year-end data was gathered and completed for the following year’s Affirmative Action Plan.
- Coordinated, gathered and maintained AAP pre- and post-offer applicant documentation, such as Voluntary Self-ID forms and EEO job posting requirements.
