As the Marketing Specialist for Florida Blue, I was responsible for launching and expanding the marketing programs of the Workforce Optimization team, which is part of the Human Services Group. I worked with the CHRO and members of the Human Services Group on high-level projects such as change management initiatives, making Florida Blue a Great Place to Work®, helping to develop the Employer Value Proposition, creating an internal mobility strategy, and a work from anywhere strategy. In addition, I was responsible for all internal and external communications and employee engagement initiatives for the Human Services Group (HR). I provided communications coaching to the CHRO and I worked with the Florida Blue Foundation on corporate social responsibility initiatives. I was also responsible for launching and expanding the marketing programs of three business units for Florida Blue’s Incepture brand - Incepture Staffing, Incepture Managed Solutions, and Incepture Print Solutions. I developed and implemented a brand strategy for each business unit as well as an integrated marketing strategy that included both social and digital media strategies. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive communications strategy for both internal and external audiences.
