• Manage the operations, staff and P&L of over $3.2 million for an inner company Agile practice consisting of a combined 14 members across scrum masters, product designers, engineers and testers focused on web application builds and total customer experience digital programs
• Lead Citi Bank client engagement focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to improve cardholder retention, resulting in two functioning mobile prototypes. Oversee business requirements gathering, story mapping, defining feature sets, prototyping and post user research
• Mentor and coach junior staff in product strategy & development, digital principals, Agile methodology, financial and stakeholder management
• Owned the product roadmap for an IBM marketplace application through translating user needs and stakeholder objectives into user centric product features, resulting in 30 corporate partners and the growth of the user base from 0 to over 10,000 users, grossing over $4 billion in transactions
• Managed the product road map for five sales enablement mobile applications (iOS/Android) through 12 major deployments by identifying key success metrics and aligning new features to drive adoption, resulting in 20,000 additional active installs
• Constructed and executed a go-to-market product marketing campaign which resulted in a 29% conversion rate across
campaign tactics and was responsible for over $1.8 million in revenue during a six-month period
• Served as the agency’s lead for a CRM platform, responsible for managing product enhancements based on user requirements and the creation and analysis of campaigns spanning over 13 client engagements
