I am a senior executive, real estate professional and business leader with thirty-six years of expertise and experience in acquisitions and dispositions, condominium conversions and development and asset management.

Chief Operating officer of Guterman Partners, LLC (and its predecessors in interest) * June 1975 to May 2013. Specializing in the acquisition, development and rehabilitation of large scale, luxury, high-rise residential property as well as middle income, garden residential housing and large scale multi-tenant office properties, mixed use developments and full service hotels throughout the United States, with concentration in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, North and South Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.

 Acquired, Owned and Operated, more than 18,000 Apartments in 55 Multi-Family Residential Communities located in Fourteen States ($3.65Billion+)*.

 Acquired, Owned, Rehabilitated and Directed, the Successful Conversion of approximately 15,000 luxury and middle income, high-rise and garden, multi-family residential apartments (through 2012) located in nine states, to Condominium and Cooperative Ownership housing ($9.3billion+)*.

 Acquired, Owned, Rehabilitated and Successfully Resold, more than 600 Single Family Houses between 2010 and 2013, in three states ($142.8million+).

 Directed Operations and Management of over 60,000 apartments in more than 250 Multi Family Residential and Condominium Communities located in Ten States ($18Billion+)*.

 Acquired, owned and successfully resold, thirty-one Multi Tenant Office Buildings containing more than 5.65 million net rentable square feet of Office Space located in Eight States ($3Billion)*.

 Acquired five (5) Hotels containing approximately 1,400 keys, upgraded, rehabilitated and successfully resold the properties. ($385Milion+)*.

• Directed Operations of a Nation-Wide Construction Company for construction projects including, (i) Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Cleveland, Ohio, (ii) The United States Gold Depository, Fort Knox, Kentucky, (iii) The United States Military Academy, West Point, New York and (iv) Roosevelt Island, New York, New York.

• Acquired 1,800 Acres in Austin, Texas, for Mixed Use Development (including infrastructure) and Successfully Developed and Resold the Property.
