With over 12 years of human resources experience as a payroll specialist, team leader, and generalist assistant for multinational organizations across various industries, I’m confident that I can bring significant value to any organization.

My career reflects a strong record of upward mobility and increased levels of responsibility in human resources management. The past few years of my career have been dually focused on completing my undergraduate and associates degrees while being a full time parent. Leading up to that, I spent 12 years in multiple areas of HR covering payroll operations, benefits administration, hiring, and general management within the real estate, medical services, and textile industries.

As the payroll manager for VICE Media LLC in Brooklyn, I currently manage payroll operations for multiple departments under the VICE corporate umbrella – including benefits enrollment, commission payments, audit preparation, analysis, and reporting. In my previous role as payroll supervisor for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., I oversaw a 4-person team responsible for managing high-volume payroll operations for over 7000 union and non-union employees. As part of that, I was the primary liaison between the payroll and HR departments, and handled all inquiries related to reconciliations, benefits enrollment, taxes, and 401K programs. I originally joined the organization in 2006 as a payroll coordinator, after which I took an interim role as the human resources and payroll administrator for global textile manufacturer, Itochu Prominent LLC. In 2009, I was approached by my previous director with an offer to return to Cushman as supervisor within the payroll group.

While employed as an HR coordinator for Central Brooklyn Medical Group, I was selected to lead the transition from our existing medical records software to the NextGen platform, overseeing the implementation, upgrade, and training.

Manage payroll operations for all departments and legal entities under the VICE brand umbrella through Replicon and ADP Workforce. Manage a team of 2 in the maintaining of all payroll information, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.

  • Review payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly and special payrolls.
