Generated $1.1 Million from a $900,000 budget in Event & Group Recreation from the start of the 2018-19 fiscal year Oversaw the Recreation Department, including, Events & Group Recreation, Unique Summer Camps, Reef Club Kids, The Nature Center, Buccaneer Island, and the Reef Rec Room, Created + Facilitated all Recreation Holiday Programming Coordinated and Built Unique programming for Corporate groups, Conferences, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, such as, Team Building Events, Beach Parties, 5K & 10K Runs, Street Fairs, Off-Site Excursions & Events, On-Site Property Tours, and all other events through the Greater Recreation Department. Scheduled weekly & monthly communication meetings to inform, train, and educate associates and surrounding departments Hosted team-building events for over 500 attendees, including, Golf Cart Road Rally, Beach Olympics, Super Bingo, Bike-Build Off, Drive-in/ Dive-in Movies, custom virtual scavenger hunts,Cooking school challenges and Minute to Win It.
