Later, as rector of St. Paul’s College in Washington, D.C., Frank fostered the faith development of young people. At the Paulist Center in Boston, Frank led one of the longest-running hot meal programs for people experiencing homelessness, exemplifying his commitment to social justice and his care for marginalized communities.

Within the Paulist Fathers, Frank played a key role in securing substantial gifts for capital campaigns and overseeing the renovation of key properties. As executive producer at Paulist Productions, he produced documentaries for networks like History Channel and A&E. His film The Big Question: A Film About Forgiveness won recognition at multiple film festivals and inspired retreats and talks nationwide.

With degrees in English Literature, Theology, and Communications, Frank has taught at the Catholic University of America and Washington Theological Union.
