Francesca Pollet of Cleveland grew up in Italy, surrounded by the beauty and culture that have long been hallmarks of her homeland. From an early age, she was drawn to languages, and this passion led her to pursue a degree in Foreign Languages at the University of Venice. Her academic training strengthened her linguistic skills and sparked a lifelong curiosity about cultural dynamics and communication.

While in university, Francesca worked as a swimming instructor and lifeguard. These roles allowed her to combine her love for water with developing essential life skills, such as responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. Balancing work and studies also helped her sharpen her time management abilities, providing a solid foundation for her future endeavors.

After completing her degree, Francesca moved to Amsterdam to work as an au pair. This experience allowed her to immerse herself in Dutch culture, deepen her language proficiency, and navigate the challenges of living in a new country. The time spent in Amsterdam reinforced her belief in the power of communication to build bridges between cultures and foster understanding.

When Francesca returned to Italy, she transitioned into the professional world, joining the eyewear industry. She began her career as an account manager and later advanced to the sales manager role. In both positions, she was responsible for building and maintaining solid client relationships, understanding market trends, and ensuring satisfaction. Her ability to connect with others and communicate was crucial to her success.

In 2010, Francesca’s personal life changed when she married her American husband and relocated to California. They soon welcomed their son, which brought immense joy and a sense of fulfillment to her life. Francesca dedicated herself to raising her family and becoming an active community member.

Throughout these years, Francesca continued to pursue her interests in hiking, tennis, and reading. She also remained committed to maintaining her language skills, staying fluent in English, and strengthening her German, Spanish, and French proficiency.

After a break to focus on family, Francesca is excited to return to the workforce and bring her diverse experiences and global perspective.
