Summary

As a leader with a motivational, hands-on, style, I have built a career record of facilitating the profitable growth of great companies, and increasing shareholder value. In 3.5 years As President / COO, I led the exponential growth of CVP revenue by 600% - and expanded from 11 to 50 locations. This is never accomplished in isolation, and my own achievements reflect the cumulative efforts of my team..

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
♦ Profitable Growth: Stock price rose 32% in two years (CVP) / Increased EBIT 12% for Hawaii operation (Fresenius)
♦ Scalability: Integrated 7 veterinary hospitals - a 20% increase in number of locations - in one day (CVP)
♦ Multi-Site Operations: Responsible for 65 dialysis clinics (including Joint Ventures) and 32 hospital programs (Fresenius)
♦ Turnarounds: Reversed struggling northeast operation, building it into $250MM business unit (Fresenius)
♦ INSEAD International Executive Program: Selected as 1 of 4 Fresenius employees to attend this prestigious global executive program in Fontainebleau, France and Bad Homburg, Germany

A key aspect of my success is creating a culture of accomplishment, and building effective teams. I have a record of building positive, supportive, process-driven environments. This forms the foundation for revitalized business units, well-executed M&A transitions, and for scaling systems capable of managing unlimited growth. As a leader, establishing a culture of personal responsibility - accompanied by real autonomy and accountability - has proven to be a strategy that engages my team, creates ownership, and produces measurable, sustainable results. What I expect of myself is to nurture and direct these teams to deliver results that far exceed the mere sum of their individual efforts. To this work environment, I have selected and hired top executives and managers who deliver beyond expectations over the short, medium, and long terms.
