Job Profile:

• Managing BC/DR service across the region, resource management, project management, and CSAT scores.
• Lead and manage the delivery team with success with multiple client engagements from the region.
• Take responsibility for quality and on-time delivery of engagements
• Balancing operations management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholder teams and client contacts
• Developing compelling services and solutions for BCP, Crisis Management and IT DR requirements
• Plan, initiate client reviews for operational readiness, risk items and change management.
• Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff at all levels
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff at all levels.
• Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training SME /Professionals.
• Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff.
• Team management in a multi-cultural /globally dispersed team structure.
• Regional account level risk register update and reporting
• Identify, drive cross-functional efforts from the line of services to drive compliance
• Oversee all activities from BCP and risk management areas at account level
• Participating in practice leadership, continuously extend and improve the services across the accounts.
• Initiate, contribute and participate in organizational BCM strategic growth initiatives, innovation agenda.
• Coordinate Internal and external audit programs for client BCP/DR
• Drive compliance with all DR standards and procedures per client requirements
• Articulated plans for availability of resources for COOP and WAR exercise.
• Maintain data currency in SharePoint, LDRPS and FUSION risk management tools.
• Accountable for obligation management update for deliverables to the client in OMS system.
• Responsible for client interfacing reviews on deliverables, contractual obligations, and escalations
