Evyatar Nitzany

Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With more than ten years of experience in cardiac care, he applied structured leadership to support the growth and success of a complex healthcare environment. His role involved leading high-performance service lines, managing infrastructure development, and guiding the program through the accreditation process, ultimately achieving national recognition.

Evyatar combined hands-on clinical knowledge and technical expertise to establish a robust foundation for the hospital’s electrophysiology program. His ability to plan strategically and coordinate across departments contributed to transforming the program into one of the most advanced and fastest-growing in the region. His leadership emphasized clear outcomes, collaboration, and consistent improvements in both operations and patient care.

Nitzany was raised with a strong sense of discipline and direction, which continued to guide him throughout his academic path and career. His studies began in the United States, where he pursued a degree in biotechnology. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, along with a minor in Chemistry. He later completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of California, Irvine. To further focus on electrophysiology, he completed the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced clinical training.

Evyatar started his professional career as a Clinical Account Specialist with Biosense Webster, where he provided clinical and technical support for the CARTO 3 mapping system. He worked alongside physicians and hospital staff across the Bay Area, playing an active role in physician education and strategic account management. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator. His responsibilities included case support, equipment planning, capital budgeting, and training for a growing clinical team.

He holds certification as a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) and supports various community initiatives, including contributions to Jewish organizations, youth sports, education programs, and the arts.
