In this capacity, he managed the firm’s litigation practice, which involved commercial disputes, bankruptcy, leasing, real estate, and employment law cases. He successfully oversaw a large caseload, often managing over fifty active litigation matters, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex legal challenges and maintain high service standards.

In 2025, Evan founded Byron Legal, LLC, to create a law firm that integrates strong litigation skills with strategic transactional expertise. As managing partner, Evan has assembled a skilled team capable of providing comprehensive legal services to businesses and individuals. Throughout his career, Evan has earned a reputation for achieving notable victories in the courtroom. One of his most significant accomplishments came in 2010, when he argued a case before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, resulting in a $15.6 million verdict for his client. In 2016, Evan secured another major trial win, solidifying his standing as a skilled litigator. His professional credentials include bar admissions in Ohio, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Evan is also deeply involved in his community and the legal profession. He has been a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association since 2006. He has served on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Section and the Membership Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
