Marketing & Branding – successfully branded and rebranded 3 organizations, designed and implemented a marketing strategy that included press releases, website, public service announcements, and radio and television interviews to raise much needed awareness and funds. Created and produced many effective promotional videos varying in length.
Resource Development – played a key role in revenue growth at Imerman Angels from $900,000 raised annually to more than $1.6 million, 77% increase. Growth exploded the demand for volunteers and staff, resulting in 20% departmental growth and 75% increase in volunteer recruitment and cultivation. A two-decade old independent non-profit in Illinois that provides free group support services for children, teens, families, schools, and communities that are coping with grief and the death of a loved one.
- Successfully rebranded the organization and designed and now implementing a 3-year marketing and strategic plan to position the organization to be the ‘go to’ organization for childhood grief support throughout Illinois.

- Created and implemented 3-year strategic plan: $2 million budget, 3 new markets, serving 10,000 people.
- Opened three new markets in Detroit, Los Angeles and New York City. Currently supporting all boards to cultivate new partnerships and host two events a year.
- Designed new development position to oversee all areas of development, including events, cultivation and stewardship, marketing and communications, grant writing, corporate giving, individual giving and appeals.

- Merged my own organization, AEOF, with EFGC to better serve those affected by epilepsy living in Illinois. Combined resources and programs to improve quality care and support by transforming a new philosophy from institutionalized type care to a more personalized/individualized care.
- Recruited to execute leadership and outreach strategies, identify and initiate business development strategies, re-develop the board, partner with organizations with a shared mission to deliver quality programs and services to those affected by the challenges brought on by epilepsy.
- Within six months revamped website which includes a new back-end donation/fundraising software, new branding, with fluent navigation.
- Worked closely with the board, advisory board, and CEO to revamp collateral marketing pieces including mission, goals, programs, and proposals to increase funding resources.

- Created and implemented programs that directly help those that suffer from epilepsy and their families as well as educate the public.

- Developed school program to educate students and staff on first-aid for seizures, FACES: Friends Accepting Classmates with Epilepsy and Seizures. Coordinated many events including gala, parades, auctions, walk/run, and conferences.
- Successfully created 3 quality and effective public service announcements with celebrity endorsement that played in over 10 states.
