Summary

I’m a hyper-organized Senior Meeting Planner with 11 years of experience in project management, event planning, operations and community engagement. As a result of my husband getting transferred, I'm relocating back to my hometown of Corpus Christi, TX and looking for a great company to join.

In my current role at Facebook I’m coordinating over 100 workshops across North America, welcoming approximately 30-75 new hires to ATX each week, assisting with VIP guests like Sheryl Sandberg and Kendra Scott and helping organize all FTE events for Facebook’s Culture pillar. Since joining the L&D team the number of classes offered has increased by 138%, class attendance has increased by 200% and I’ve become a resource for employees needing direction on classes or professional development outside of the classroom.

Prior to my role at Facebook I was at GasPedal where my sole responsibility was the end-to-end management of 16 large-scale conferences per year, ranging from 200 to 1000 senior executives at Fortune 1000 brands. Organization, streamlined process and documentation is key when working with hundreds of tasks concurrently but aside from the tactical I also make it my mission to exhibit that white glove touch to deal with customers and speakers. This has come in handy when booking and managing VIP speakers like Tyra Banks, Grumpy Cat, Morgan Spurlock and more.

Coordination and development is my passion while serving and helping others keeps me fulfilled. I put everything I have into everything I do and would love the opportunity to show you that.
