Eric Wippman

Eric Wippman is a Florida architect who has built a career centered on thoughtful, practical design. He is known for creating spaces that combine modern ideas with comfort and functionality. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball, performing jazz music on the saxophone, and traveling throughout Europe for inspiration.

Born and raised in Florida, Eric later attended college to pursue a degree in architecture. His time in school was focused not only on academics but also on personal interests that remained important throughout his life. Music played a major role during those years, and he regularly performed with the university jazz band or played casually with friends. At the same time, he was active on the college softball team, continuing a tradition that had long been part of his family life. Balancing studies, sports, and music gave him a full and rewarding college experience.

After completing his degree, Wippman joined a local architecture firm in downtown Florida. His early projects included small homes, office buildings, and community spaces. Working alongside experienced architects helped him build practical skills and understand the balance between creativity, sustainability, and functionality. Over time, his work became recognized for incorporating natural light, open layouts, and outdoor features into modern architectural designs.

As his experience grew, Eric began working on larger projects, including hotels, public buildings, and community centers. He believed architecture should positively affect communities and create spaces where people feel connected and comfortable.
