• Redesign of website and created access for volunteers to necessary data and reports.

• Managed Volunteer Center, Income Strategies Department and Affordable Care Act rollout.
• Monitored and managed budgets, including seeking grant funding.
• Worked with other Senior Directors to ensure cohesive efforts to support community.
• Hired and managed team of seven employees and multiple volunteers.
• Represented UWTSA in recorded media events, as needed.

Managed, developed, monitored and reviewed services for four distinct departments across three counties: Internal Training, Fee-based Public Training, Volunteering and Young People's Services (totaling eighteen departmental staff and 1,600 volunteers - local and remote).

• Developed and conveyed operational pathway for fulfillment of strategic plan for each department.

• Achieved an average pass rate of 98% with A-Level psychology students on national achievement exams.
• Created and delivered psychology curricula for international students from Royal Holloway University of London.

Responsible for sustaining and developing membership network of community based organizations through 5 key strategy areas: collaborative program development, training, resource development, advocacy and networking. Supported and managed staff of seven and volunteer base of 200. Liaised with parent agency to ensure broader organizational values were permeated through network and upheld.

• Raised and managed annual budget of $400,000 through foundation grants and private donor development.
• Initiated collaborations with public, corporate, educational and cultural sectors to provide programming whose ‘value-added’ amount was shown to be in excess of $1.2 million (3 times our operating budget).
• Established ASAP as a ‘best-practice’ model for community and youth development. Presented the model at various national and local conferences.
• Mentored and developed leadership skills of executives, youth workers and young people throughout community and nationally via Eureka Foundation.
