- Develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are being met and a continuous flow of candidates are established via both traditional and non-traditional recruitment tactics and search methods including proactive recruiting, pipelining, exploratory interviews, industry network events, employee referrals, social media networking and targeted outreach.

- Utilize Linked in and Linked in recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine; need, level and candidate profile prior to sourcing.
- Create recruitment marketing campaigns.
