-Overseeing and styling all photoshoots, working closely with
photographers, models and local marketing groups to coordinate shoots, locations, dates and times and collaborations with other

-Managing all social media including Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter.
-Researching and writing all website content from descriptions of inventory to blog posts while maintaining a consistent voice that aligns with the Thread brand.
-Training the social media and graphic design interns on photography, writing style and wardrobe styling.
-Overseeing the sales floor, developing new hires and client outreach
-Merchandising the floor, taking inventory, developing window
displays and merchandising in-store displays.
-Assisting in research of brands and buying, working closely with designers and various showrooms across the country and attending Market Week for New York Fashion Weeks, fall and spring.
-Overseeing the daily operations of the business, working with local business owners on collaborations and events, overseeing the operation and success of special events both in store and out of store.
