Started out painting the men's room and tavern. Ended up directing sales/marketing for guest rooms, conference facilities and two in-house restaurants. Managed a staff of more than 100. Defined and directed annual budget; increased profits yearly. Developed and implemented management systems; creative force behind products. Did this while in the role of Director of Operations for Dining Associates (now the Sherwood Group) Left to return to school.
