Handle Men technical design for labels: G.H.Bass, Wilsons Leather, Andrew Marc, Black Rivet, GUESS, Sean John, and Vince Camuto in leather, wool, fill, down, soft shell, etc.
Ongoing evaluation of quality to ensure design direction is correctly interpreted and quality standards are consistently met for men outerwear in regular, BIG and TALL sizes, and children outerwear
Create new and maintain detailed specification packages including grading for over 250 styles in development trough pre-production from PROTO to TOP samples
Coordinate and manage fitting session on a life model, request and track all fit samples
Write and communicate detailed comments to manufactures in overseas on daily basis
Troubleshoot and anticipate possible fit and construction problems including pattern evaluation and correction
Created and maintained tech packages for women outerwear in Private Label division
Handled technical design for women dresses: GUESS, Ellen Tracy
