Schedule Inspection visits to customers home or place of business. Providing direct contact and visibility to customers IT/Network needs and Goals.
Plan, Advice and assist users with integration of new selected hardware/software into their business environment.
Provide support to other Customer Solutions Engineers to accomplish the very best experience for our customers when doing Onsite setups and integration of their selected Hardware/ISP/Equipment/Software/Upgrades.
Onsite jobs include but not limited to (Apple Servers, iOS, Android setup and Integrations, Windows Servers, Computer Setups, Remote access of their computers from other locations securely (VPN setup/support), Firewall build, setup of network printers (plotters), software installations, hardware upgrades, virtual machine creations, installing security devices, wireless routers , backups, data recovery, Virus detection/removal, e-mail configuration and support.
Support and test Lans, Vlans, VPNs,Nat devices, WiFi networks or DHCP servers.
Using troubleshooting and investigative skills to resolve technical issues for customers onsite or remotely.
