  • Transforms troubled PHAs by collecting strategic performance measurement data, examining governance practices, finances, and program compliance
  • Supports the Director of Public Housing through strategic planning and risk assessment


Accomplishments:

  • Saved the Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority $4.9M after an Office of the Inspector General (OIG) audit
  • Aided the successful negotiation of Recovery Agreements for the Crisfield and Annapolis Housing Authorities
  • Conducted an extensive performance review of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City; issued a report of findings that led to significant improvement in occupancy, maintenance, and resident services
