Spearheaded strategy to grow the Sidney O. Smith Graduate School with separate admissions functions. Worked through multiple graduate inquiries to establish individual graduate files; and assisted faculty in review process to determine admissions eligibility. Represented University when visiting other university job fairs to recruit students.

Achieved 75% yield rate from the enrollment process to starting the graduate program.

▪Implemented technology (still in use today) that synchronized digital data across multiple university campuses.
