His work supports critical readiness reporting statistics that aid the United States Transportation Command and the Maritime Administration.

Previously, he made significant contributions to the United States Transportation Command as a Strategic Mobility Planner and Executive Officer. He developed crucial operational strategies for the Joint Task Force - Port Opening (JTF-PO), enhancing the reception and integration of military operations globally. His roles have also included leading major procurement projects and streamlining operations as Deputy Chief of Operations, where he implemented effective strategies for moving US forces in various theatres.
