Manage the creation of digital and print marketing collateral for parent companies and clients, including 23 Hearst magazine titles, partnership promotions, new product launches, and special editions. Provide ongoing direction to the design team to ensure consistent execution of campaigns across all marketing channels.

• Led and motivated design team to produce high-impact, multi-channel marketing collateral, including landing pages, digital order forms, email blasts, web/social media campaigns, as well as direct mail pieces, brochures, event signage, editorial and native advertising.

• Creatively supported the launch of several new magazines, including The Pioneer Woman Magazine – regarded as the most successful magazine launch since O, The Oprah Magazine. Created splash pages capturing 60,000 fan’s email addresses/contact information within 90 days, digital order forms, email blasts, direct mail components exceeding targets 25%, and promotional inserts that doubled subscription orders.

• Designed product page template for Hearst Special Editions, supporting a new, cost-effective revenue source.

• Pioneered customizable digital-order templates incorporating a mobile-first approach and seamless integration with CMS / circulation system. Bar-raising online ordering design solutions have set the standard for the magazine subscription industry.

• Pitched the original concept for and developed the creative process/ execution for Project Engage, a 360° integrated marketing program across 21 brands. Created customizable entry form template integrated with content management system, branded campaign
