Summary
As a leader, you begin to recognize that there are many strategies at your disposal, but very few that lead to practical implementation. Operational procedures without a clearly defined plan of execution can often lead to failure; however, when you begin to pair improvement initiatives relative to predefined goals, this allows you to expand market share.
I have found that throughout both my corporate and academic experiences, that beyond intelligence and having a vast wealth of knowledge, the key is healthy relationship development. For example, at Faculdade Roberto Miranda, where I received my MBA, I found myself surrounded by some of the greatest minds in business and hospitality.
During my time at DPNY Beach Hotel & Spa, I Acted as the executive managing director who oversaw all related financial issues. My success comes from my unique ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions. I take pride in being able to communicate with my colleagues, marketing managers, and other senior management to ensure we are delivering the best customer experience effectively.

▪ Acted as the executive managing director who was responsible for all financial, marketing and operation related issues.;
▪ Provided day to day financial management and analytics to support the respective finance business partners and business stakeholders;
▪ It has developed in 12% of the profit and the first year decreased by 4.3% of the costs;
▪ Created from scratch a Marketing Area, developing Digital Presence, spending 1.1m USD a year in advertising, with revenue in 12m USD;
▪ The occupancy rates in 2016 were 86% with 9m in revenue, has raised in 2017 to 92% with 10m in revenue, 2018 were 85% but we kept the 10m revenue to a strategy to increase daily rates prices, as we made in 2019;
▪ Credited as a key team member that helped increase revenue by 8.27%, reduce credit card debt by 100%, and reduced labor costs by 5%, directly saving over 400k per year
▪ Created a team of programmers to develop software to maximize staff-performance integrated with its hotel operation system;
