• Strategy alignment with leadership team to establish multi-approach communication, brand, social, and content strategies that show impact on revenue.

• Oversee all marketing communications, activity, campaigns and lead generation strategies for Rubbl and its other product add-ons resulting in 40% growth from YoY.

Haulor is a mobile and desktop app, founded in San Diego, California in early 2012, that connects you with a commercially licensed driver, with a utility vehicle (truck, cargo van, box truck) to make your moving and delivery needs easier, affordable, and cost effective. Haulor provided an alternative to local movers for residents and professional delivery services for small to medium sized companies.

As CEO, I lead operations and strategic direction with accountability and focus on capitol and budget line factors, including long-term full range strategic planning, product management, and software development. Provided cross-functional management; directing CBO, COO, two Vice Presidents and 20 employees. Directed all system user and driver process and infrastructure. Managed user acquisition and developed driver onboarding procedures and training methodologies. Defined organizational structure over saw major pricing decisions and performed monthly company evaluations of company goals and results to maintain alignment and course.

One of the first of it’s kind, FoodLix enabled restaurants to have a digital and social market presence by offering them innovative revenue channels that provided their customers a true on-demand food ordering shopping cart experience.

My primary focus was on developing and maintaining restaurant partnerships and increasing our customer user databases. Ensuring our availability in other markets, across California, I constantly developed strategic marketing automation tactics for greater customer acquisition and on going restaurant database fulfillment.
