Track release of new studies, papers and reports across the globe on piracy, and develop reporting mechanisms to apprise management of new developments in piracy measurement
Provide focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organizations, creating a shared vision for results

Support the management of Community of Practice(s) – schedule meetings, maintain document library and create best practice documents
Work with stakeholders and their teams to develop pilot solutions and test cases

Assists IT resources with obtaining visiting workspaces when traveling away from their primary location
Create and maintain system documentation, including operations manuals, service level agreements, and team knowledge bases
Create and present business related presentations to all levels of management
