Business and Client Engagement

  • Chief liaison between IT and supply chain business unit comprised of 1,200 associates, in 5 facilities across 2 states. Lead and ensure ITS team alignment and performance against business KPI's. Accountable to manage, drive and measure optimal customer experience.

Service Delivery

  • Directly manage large cross-functional support, development and project service delivery teams. Provide vision, leadership, guidance and supervision to IT staff responsible for delivering superior business results related to strategy, projects, programs, and support.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiation
  • Coordinate with product and project leadership to develop strategy for technology design and architectural decisions.

  • Accountable to coordinate business demand and service needs while ensuring alignment with key strategic objectives. Produce balanced scorecards to executive leadership and measure ROI of service and project delivery teams.

Strategy, Project, and Program Implementation

  • Direct group responsible to investigate, develop, lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives. Drive large scale strategic and project implementations by coordinating cross functional teams combining, business, IT, and Project Management Office resources.
  • Lead and manage cross functional Project Management Office Portfolio with an annual budget of $25 million. Accountable to monitor and manage business cases, project lifecycle and status communication across stakeholders, executives, project and technical teams.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)

  • Kaizen ambassador for the business process, technical and operational improvements. Leverage IT team resources to bring cross functional partnership events that transforms business ideas to reality.
