Craig Fernsler

Craig's career is rooted in direct experience as both an advisor and an investor. He has personally negotiated transactions, managed properties, assessed risks, and structured deals, giving him a clear understanding of real estate ownership and investment. His work covers single-family investment homes, apartment buildings, retail strip centers, development land, and vacation properties. Through these areas, he has focused on helping clients improve cash flow and build long-term wealth.

A central part of his work involves complex real estate and tax strategies. He has guided investors through 1031 Exchanges, Cost Segregation Strategies, Installment Sales, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Deferred Sales Trusts, and NNN net-leased retail property transactions. Because these topics can be difficult, clients often rely on him to explain the details in practical terms.

Craig's personal investment experience began with his first investment property purchase in 1989. Since then, he has personally bought and sold approximately $19.3 million in commercial and investment real estate. He has also owned and operated multiple limited liability companies connected to his investment ventures. Since 2000, he has bought and developed several hundred acres of land across multiple counties and two states for both brokerage and personal investment purposes.

This background gives him firsthand insight into ownership issues, financing challenges, market value changes, full-time responsibility, and financial requirements. His work has also helped clients see real estate as a way to support long-term and generational wealth.

Craig's industry involvement includes leadership within CCIM. In 2015, he served as Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region for CCIM International and as a member of its International Board of Directors. In 2012, he served as President of the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter. He continues to serve through the CCIM National Government Affairs Committee, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and as a Real Estate Instructor. He also holds Series 22 and 63 securities licenses.

Outside of work, Craig supports One House At A Time (Beds for Kids), the Boy Scouts of America, the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia, and the Animal Coalition of Delaware County. He is also a long-time member of the Masonic Lodge and serves as a trustee in his church. He enjoys time with his wife, their two adult sons, and the family’s Golden Doodle, along with golf and scuba diving.
