He leads Harley Capital LLC as a managing partner and independent broker-dealer. He serves as managing member of Edge Partners LLC, a company designed to give accredited investors access to late-stage private companies through special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Over the course of his career, he has guided clients toward opportunities in technology, energy, healthcare, and consumer markets, and he has taken part in early investments in companies such as Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic.

Craig’s career began after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Hartford. A native of New York, he entered the financial world through Lehman Brothers, which at the time was one of the leading firms in global markets. The experience exposed him to institutional investing, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Working in such an environment sharpened his judgment and provided valuable insight into how markets function under pressure.
