Courtnee Mason
Summary
Courtnee Mason is a lover of the performing arts. Her creative talents include: piano, saxophone, acting & modeling. Such passion for the stage led her to obtaining a Professional Theater degree from NC A&T University. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in Communications at Queens University.
Courtnee is no amateur to the spotlight. Upon receiving numerous pageant titles (including her most recent crowning: Miss Black NC USA 2011) her diligent and persistent nature, throughout the years, has allowed her to exhibit her talents across magazines and television screens nationwide. She has, honorably, been the face of Charlotte's (1st Annual) Fashion Week; featured in Charlotte “25 Most Stylish” (Charlotte Style Magazine) and appeared in countless print ads & runway shows (for Darrell Roach, QVC, Sears, Kmart, Tommy Hilfiger, Sealy Serta, Aarons Furniture, Neiman Marcus, Belk, Hamricks and Ed Hardy).
Courtnee was also featured on Tyler Perry’s “House of Payne” and VH1's "You're Cut Off” (which received international acclaim). She most recently appeared on a national commercial for QVC (Summer 2013). She also had the honor of being a celebrity blog writer for Russell Simmons www.GlobalGrind.com.
Nonetheless, Courtnee, a natural talent and radiant beauty, admits her sights are still on the big-screen, and following in the footsteps of those she sincerely admires, she aspires to leave a legacy that inspires future generations.
