The Pure Company / Dallas, TX
Appointed President and Sr. Vice President of Marketing for The Pure Company, a new startup organization launched within Aerus Holdings. Maintain leadership role for a variety of eCommerce branding projects among the Aerus core brands. Defined the company culture, policies and procedures, and market positioning for aggressive brand growth.
• Developed and executed the marketing plan for the successful launch of the brand in the market with full oversight of all business development programs, product development, marketing strategy, and contract management
• Work directly with the CFO to oversee and manage AP/AR, payroll, cash flow projections, budgeting, and proposals
• Worked directly with VP of Operations to oversee and train Engineering, Distribution Center, and Customer Service teams to fully integrate the new brand within the Aerus supply chain
• Designed and developed a new line of 15+ proprietary products in collaboration with numerous manufacturers
• Worked closely with the VP of Marketing on content development, social media marketing, and referral marketing strategies and collaborated with a PR company to create influencer marketing strategies to launch the brand

• Directed the launch of a new brand, Beyond by Aerus, and led the rebranding efforts following the acquisition of Vollara, managing branding, support, website development, training, and product marketing for both initiatives
