- Managed Operations Supervisors in a multiple shift operation, which was a 300,000 sq. ft. facility. The operation consisted of 145 hourly associates and 5 salaried associates.
- Reviewed costs and made recommendations to maintain and enhance profits of the distribution center.
- Developed plans for efficient us of equipment, material, personnel, and resources to meet company goals and objectives.

Warehouse Superviosr
Johns Manville - (A Berkshire Hathaway Company) / Cleburne, TX
- Supervised shipping, receiving, and warehouse employees in a 300,000 sq. ft. facility.
- There were 40 hourly associates at this facility.
- In this facility the product was a combination of raw fiberglass and finished product (commercial insulation).
- During my tenure the inventory accuracy greatly improved. The overall warehouse accuracy was 98.5% during the annual physical inventory. Additionally, there was an 8% decrease in labor spend, as well.
- Ensured inventory accuracy, bin accuracy, and overall cleanliness of warehouse data.
- Managed 3PL provider’s execution of warehousing and logistics for EPA, ensured adherence to contract.
