Christopher Polvado is a business executive, Senior Executive Business Analyst, and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, operational management, and business development. From June 1994 through October 2008, Christopher served as a regional director, gaining significant experience overseeing teams, managing operations, and supporting professional development. After leaving that position in 2008, Polvado expanded his career into consulting and business analysis. Between March 2009 and November 2021, he worked as a self-employed Business Analyst and Consultant. He advised businesses on process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership development. His work centered on helping organizations create systems that improved efficiency, increased profitability, and supported long-term stability.
In December 2021, Christopher joined Cogent Analytics as a Senior Executive Business Analyst. In this position, he works with business owners across multiple industries, evaluating operations, reviewing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. His areas of expertise include operations management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and marketing strategy. He also brings more than 17 years of senior business analysis experience to his work.
