Summary
My career started as a server and progressed to being the Operations Controller for a national night club chain overseeing 15+ locations. Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to experience all positions of hospitality including being the General Manager of one club to Operations Manager of 6 clubs to Operations Controller for over 15 clubs.
My specialties include inventory control, Point of Sale database management, payroll compliance, and training and mentoring managers. I built an inventory data base from the ground up and integrated it with the Aloha POS software to create an ideal cost of goods and managed it for over 20 locations. Just implementing this process of inventory control dropped the company’s cost of goods over 2% and continued to improve year over year.
