Leadership of 12 Managers, five service centers and 90 FTEs of eight distinct departments to include Administration; Business Services; Contracts; Health Services; Operations; Member Services; Outreach Education and Pharmacy.

Delivered first year's revenue growth profit 5% above budget and reduced operational expenses by 8%. Strengthened program visibility through strategic marketing/digital and social media initiatives, collaborations and process improvement cost reductions that saved approximately (600) hospital days and $1 million in expenses in less than one year. Generated an additional $500,000 in program revenue through business/billing department enhancements.
