Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

• Plant Care: Trellising plants in a grid like fashion to support and anchor growth - Skirting or removing bottom portions of stems and leaves on the plants to direct growth and energy -Defoliation or removing large fan leaves from the plant to provide adequate light penetration and air circulation - Plant training including bending, spreading, - Topping and pruning to direct growth of the plant -Transplanting plants into larger media containers to support higher levels of growth
• Facility Cleaning: - Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility - Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including pruners, sheers, totes, scales, stools, ladders, benches, walls, fans, etc. - Organize cultivation tools, equipment, supplies - Clean & sanitize greenhouse bays both continuously and in between harvest cycles
• Reports and Documentation: Report quality related issues to Director of Cultivation - Ensure accurate documentation of all plant related activities

• Assisting in ambulation and exercise. Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
• Builds meaningful relationships with seniors and their families and provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Documenting services provided
• Performing home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
• Supervise, assist or provide showers and baths
• Provides assistance with self-administered medications, as instructed on the care plan

• Providing leadership by making hiring decisions, developing performance plans, directing work, coaching staff and evaluating performance
• Demonstrate effective management, leadership, coaching and development of the employees
• Develop office systems, on-boarding process for new employees, and IT-related systems
• General responsibility: costing/pricing of merchandise, analysis of product and sales, inventory, ordering, closing duties, safe counts/maintenance, working maintenance on projects and priorities. Floor Supervision during peak times, coordination with other floor staff to ensure a smooth operation
