  • Developed a tuition proposal that allowed a large client’s employee base to utilize Strayer’s tuition assistance program; developed the discounting structure for the proposal, worked directly with client to address their needs, and delivered the program to employees, including hands-on enrollment and registration services from a dedicated team.
    • As a result, the client maintained higher employee retention and promoted several employees based on continuing education completed through the tuition assistance program.
    • Client also increased profit margin based on increased employee retention (reducing cost of new hires).
