- Delivered approximately 2,000 hours of localized National Geographic Library content contributing to the highly anticipated and successful launch of Disney+.

Managed Operations departments for 15 networks/28 feeds broadcasting in Latin America, Brazil, and U.S. that included National Geographic brand channels and FOX Premium/Basic channels. Oversaw the allocation of technical resources, workflows and teams from point of acquisition of media, through localization (dubbing and subtitling), mastering, and distribution for the purposes of linear and/or non-linear broadcast, promotions, marketing, and/or sales purposes. Managed localization/graphic reversion budget of approximately $8 million.
- Piloted cloud distribution workflow for Sales/Syndication revenue generating initiative.
- Revamped Global Distribution workflow for content such as "The Walking Dead" to ensure security and timely distribution of media to all FOX business units worldwide.
- Led Operations teams in collaboration with Systems, IT and Engineering teams on major systems migration and implementation of new media asset manager and broadcast software; worked across teams to develop/implement workflows and automation enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Successfully developed and implemented in-house media workflow tracking system-“Mediatracker" that organizes, prioritizes and tracks all media through various process stages. "Mediatracker" recently became the main communication tool used internationally across Operations teams to manage all media workflows.
- Project manager for significant number of small and large-scale projects relating to Media Operations such as channel launches, channel rebrandings, system migrations, software implementations, media library conversion from SD to HD, digital content distribution, LIVE events, conversion to lip-sync dubbing, and credit acceleration.

Directed Media Operations workflows and processes for various network broadcasting in Latin America. Managed tracking and completion of media through quality control and localization (dubbing and subtitling). Maintained budget of $3 million.
- In 2006, given additional responsibility of managing Traffic team through creation and execution of daily broadcast traffic logs as well as on-air graphics software. Collaborated with Promotions, Marketing and Ad Sales teams to support on-air strategies and ad sales revenue-based initiatives that exceeded $1 million per month. Tasked to restructure and offshore Traffic team to Mexico; successfully hired, trained and managed team remotely for three years.
- Created/implemented Standards and Practices workflows to ensure legal compliance in countries and networks with restrictions on content not suitable for certain audiences.
- Led various projects such as tape to tapeless media migration, media library conversion from SD to HD, VOD creation and distribution, Broadband SVOD implementation, electronic subtitles, dual audio mastering, and numerous channel launches and rebrandings.
- Created media workflow tracking database through which all materials were tracked. Database remained main source of information for more than six years until new broadcast management software was purchased and implemented.
- Designated as superuser for broadcast media management software; provided user support as well as data management, including analyzing, inputting, and extracting data. Established guidelines and enforced rules for data entry that supported automation workflows; troubleshooted automation system failures.
