• Assigned for six months to take over the similar General Maintenance Services Contract for GMS 1 (KBR AYTB joint venture). Improved the progress advance of all activities (+20%) to be in-line with given mobilization plan, resources histogram and provision agreed under the Contract.

• Monitoring contractual changes, deliverables, overtime, training safety cost while assuring their alignment with organizational procedures and specifications as per actual contracts.

• Systematically define and developed the pre-qualification technical evaluation criteria. Positively contribute towards the team effort for commercial technical evaluations, contract documents and pricing scheduling for a new Material Management of Warehouse Contract, and a Professional support services contract.

• Render expertise in accurately interpreting and elaborating the scope of work, provisions schedule as well as the Payment Provisions for the First Turnaround in SATORP. Develop 4 main Contracts and +31 sub-contracts for support services associated with Turnaround as a part of T I strategies in a period of six months.

• Leading the preparation and elaboration of the cost estimation of Main Contract for the preparation and planning turnaround phase (TCV 40 MM$), additionally participated in the estimation for the Turnaround Execution phase and the others subcontract associated.

• Developed of five main Procedures to be implemented to control invoicing, working hours, management and supervisory staff control, equipment hours control and labour hours, and their corresponding flowchart.

• Well recognized in the Team for establishing and promoting a high quality and professional relationship and effective communication at all level internal -and external to aim in the protection of company's interests.

• Oversaw all aspects of construction for a Thermo Plant Zulia II generating 500 Megawatts. Vigilantly monitored effectively controlled the project progress and calibrated work activities as required in-line with given budget.

• Kept senior management abreast with current project progress and performance through weekly as well as monthly meetings, covering all contractual facets, including; man hours, financial expenditures, material expenditures, critical materials, planned activities vs actual executed etc.

• Lead improvements in daily construction and activities implementation, in particular ensuring a weight % distribution of the workload to be in compliance with our HSE policy and with the higher safety practices and international standards.

• Leading the team, in the promotion/providing all experience in QHSE topics to be implemented as mandatory tools for daily work in all projects.

• Effectively coordinated the Re-vamp Shutdown start-up contract for Compression Plant LL-3. Proved instrumental in the development of the basic engineering for the projects which include, "Replacement of Atmospheric Coolers for Fin Fan Coolers and Construction and installation of a New Flare"

• Ardently led a project to "modify the Fire Water System in PCTJ-2 at Maracaibo Lake" by replacing the old carbon steel pipe and fittings for FRP, replacing old pumps system for a new ones, and through installing a new transformer as well as under water cable to feed it from a closed electrical station.

• Singlehandedly coordinated the end-to-end project for "Installation of New Lifeboat in PCLL-1/2/4 and PCTJ-2/3/4/5" by replacing the actual lifeboat with a Free Fall Lifeboat with integrated lifesaving system. Provided engineering expertise and actively assisted with the installation of new system.

• Regulated project's all engineering activities, and administered all direct activities in pursuit of achieving cost effectiveness and operational efficiency. Prioritised project activities as per available resources, sequence and time, actively monitored over project expenditures for effective budgetary cost control.

• Functioned as Engineering Coordinator for numerous projects including; the development of New Oil Gas Facility at Bombal Field, project conversion from Gasoline To VNG, in more than 30 Services Stations, reconstruction of the Water Fire System (pumps systems and piping) at Bachaquero and La Salina Tanks Yard, and optimisation of planning maintenance system at El Tablazo Petrochemical.

• All projects about mentioned were executed in compliance with our schedules, under the Quality Management System of the Company, enforcing the best safety practices to perform zero accidents as a main objective, with a positive cost-efficiency index and under the best Engineering practices.

• Rendered expertise as a prudent Reliability Operational Risk Analysis Advisor for the Applied Technology Management Department and the New Maintenance Construction Department. Assiduously designed highly effective routine maintenances strategies in pursuit of operational excellence.

• Proactively participated in the planning scheduling of +760 man-hours of job training. Led the mechanical integrity evaluation on 02 vapour barges at the Maracaibo Lake to significantly reduce in damage to the wells in a 20% improvement.

• Expertly facilitated the construction manager with the routine construction operations for the project "Construction of Rainwater Concrete Channel" at "Los Cortijos", kept the manager updated regarding the project's progress through regular reporting on all matters of construction.

• Headed a cross-functional team of civil mechanical inspectors to ensure strict QHSE compliances and timely identification and reporting of any incident or impeding issue.

• Skilfully sourced and gathered all of the data related to pipelines such as: Gas Oil, Water Injection, production lines and oleo ducts at Boscan Field, to develop accurate new Maps piping drawings of each location.

• Fostered a safe work environment through enforcing the standard safety practices and adoption of SOPs for all pipeline construction activities, work activities within the gas receiving stations and distributions.

• Proved instrumental in the installation project of a new Pro-gauge system at EF-11 Boscan Field, coordinated all civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical activities while assuring the corresponding engineering standards, best safety practices, the proper performance and actions in each job was met.

• Regulated all project activities and ensured that all HSE of the company were applied as required.

• Provided the Construction Field coordination for the construction of a new Maintenance offices (1000 m2) and a restaurant for all Workers at Boscan Field, ardently controlled the budget of $ 1MM and accomplished a project goals objectives with and through a cross-functional team of +150 workers.

• Enforced daily application safety practices, critically reviewed construction methods statements, procedures and proactively assessed risk in pursuit of HSE compliance for all project activities.

• Coordinated the construction of a Concrete Barrier to protect six valves stations, from Bajo Grande to Boscan Field.
