Candice Gill

I am Candice Gill a successful Healthcare leader with over 18 years of healthcare experience and 7 years’ experience in operations, project management and leadership. I have worked with OhioHealth the past 7 years in Primary Care and currently lead a team of 16 direct reports and 10 healthcare providers.

I naturally see how to turn ideas into action and push hard to get things done while influencing those around me. I thrive on guiding teams in a fast-paced environment to improve overall effectiveness while executing developed plans.

I am known for being compassionate, growth-oriented and empathic while leading with a high emotional intelligence. I am intuitive with the ability to see raw potential in others and look for ways to actively invest in furthering their development.
